1. 10 new Non-Portfolio Standard 5-year fixed products with 55%, 70%, and 75% LTV.

Additionally, we are refreshing our Standard 5-year fixed 55% LTV offering by:

1. Decreasing the rate of 3 existing products by 25bps.
2. Releasing 2 new products.

Non-Portfolio Product Details

These products are available for landlords who own 3 or fewer mortgaged properties (the 4th purchase is acceptable).

New builds are acceptable.

The maximum loan amount for these products has increased to £1.5m at 75% LTV and £2m up to 70% LTV.
