United Trust Bank cuts bridging rates and expands product bandings

United Trust Bank has reduced pricing across its regulated and unregulated bridging ranges while expanding its product bandings.

Rates have been reduced by up to eight basis points, with regulated bridging now starting from 0.57% per month and unregulated bridging from 0.63% per month.

The revised pricing applies across UTB’s Standard and Light Refurbishment products, while rates have also been reduced across the lender’s Second Charge Bridging range. Applications already in the pre-offer pipeline will automatically benefit from the lower rates.

Regulated – Standard & Light Refurbishment

• Up to £500,000 – from 0.58% per month
• Above £500,000 – from 0.57% per month

Unregulated – Standard & Light Refurbishment

• Up to £500,000 – from 0.64% per month
• Above £500,000 – from 0.63% per month
